Incentive campaigns in any industry, as long as offered to exclusive reseller, do not require SECAP authorization
In early July of this year, IWRCF reported Secretariat´s for Evaluation, Planning, Energy and Lottery of the Ministry of Economics (SECAP) recent position that sales incentive campaign promoted by automobile manufacturers, destined for employees of exclusive dealers of particular brand, do not characterize commercial promotion, and are exempt from registration and prior authorization with the body.
