Luiz Fernando Alouche is the head of the Labor and Employment and Social Security practices at IWRCF.
Lawyer graduated from Universidade Paulista (2001), he holds a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from Centro de Extensão Universitária (CEU, 2003) and in Corporate and Economic Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP, 2006).
Luiz Alouche has 20 years of experience in representing mid-sized and large national and multinational companies, in litigation and non-litigation labor and social security matters.
He has wide experience in representing companies in investigations carried out by the Ministry of Labor and the Public Labor Prosecutor.
He also advises clients in the international transfer of employees.
Luiz Alouche has recurrently been recognized as a reference in the labor and employment practice area (Análise 500 and Legal 500). Luiz Alouche was the President of the Labor Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Pinheiros branch (2014/2015 and 2016/2017), he is a member of the Lawyers Institute of São Paulo (Instituto dos Advogados de São Paulo – IASP) and was the Vice President of the People’s Management Committee of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce (2011/2012).
Lawyer graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (2009), he holds a postgraduate degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedural Law from the same University (2011). In 2012, he attended the International and Comparative Law Program at The Center for American and International Law, in Dallas (USA). Between 2013 and 2014, he lectured on the topic “TAC and Labor Law” at Central Prática Educação Corporativa.
He focuses his practice in labor and employment litigation, besides advising clients in the review of labor routines, such as the dismissal of employees, relationship and negotiations with trade unions.
He is praised for his experience in the field and his on spot advice, mainly regarding strategic litigation decisions and administrative proceedings carried out by the Public Labor Prosecutor.
