Ricardo Inglez is the head of the Competition, International Trade and Compliance practices at IWRCF.
Graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP, 2000), Ricardo Inglez has a vast experience assisting national and multinational companies in his practice areas.
Over the years, Ricardo Inglez has been mentioned and recognized by several publications for his practice (e.g. Chambers and Partners, Latin Lawyer, Who’s Who Legal, Legal 500, LACCA and Best Lawyers).
In December 2015, Ricardo Inglez was selected as one of the top young competition lawyers by Global Competition Review in its 40 under 40 survey. He is one of only two Brazilian competition experts selected by this edition.
According to Chambers and Partners, Ricardo Inglez is one of the main references in Competition Law in Brazil. Interviewees stated that “he not only has extensive knowledge of Brazilian competition law but is capable of having a holistic view of other practice areas too” and that “he is an exceptional lawyer“ (2020). Lawyer graduated from Universidade de São Paulo de Ribeirão Preto (FDRP/USP, 2014), he holds a Postgraduate Degree (2016) and is currently a Masters student (2020) both in Contract Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (GV-Law).
He participated of the Private International Law course at the Hague International Law Academy (Netherlands, 2014). He has experience as in-house counsel in large company and in law firms.
