Jorge Gutiérrez is the head of the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions practices at IWRCF.

Lawyer graduated from Instituto Tecnologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (Guadalajara/Mexico, 1994), he holds a postgraduate degree in Legal Regime of International Businesses from Escuela Libre de Derecho (Mexico City/ Mexico, 1997). He is licensed to practice law in Brazil since 1999.

His practice focuses on complex M&A transactions, including advice on pre transaction restructurings and post acquisition integrations. He also provides legal advice to companies and stakeholders on intricate corporate governance matters.

Jorge represents private equity funds and multinationals in local and cross border M&A transactions.

Jorge is the Legal Director of the Mexican Chamber in São Paulo.
