I.  Introduction

We take our legal, professional and ethical obligations very seriously, as well as our obligation to protect personal data. IWRCF‘s main activity is the rendering of legal services, in Brazil, to corporate clients located all over the world. The firm’s activities do not encompass large-scale processing of personal data.

II.  Controllers

Our firm is located in Brazil, with headquarters in the city of São Paulo (SP) and a branch in Belo Horizonte (MG). For matters managed by only one of our offices, the processing agent considered as “Controller”, under Article 5 of the LGPD, will be the office in the respective place of operation. In any case, the main office for LGPD compliance purposes is that of our headquarters, in São Paulo (SP).

V.  Personal Data Sharing and Transfers

IWRCF does not sell or disclose the personal data collected through our Website to third parties, unless it is required to do so by court order or in strict compliance with legal obligations.

IWRCF also does not transfer personal data collected in Brazil to other countries or foreign partners, except when expressly requested or authorized by you.
